DAY 1

You will depart from Kampala early morning 06:00hrs to embark on a 5 hours’ drive to Kumi Town in the Eastern part of Uganda, you will have stopover in on Tirinyi road for a short breakfast snack; leave Tirinyi Road and drive to Nyero Rock Art (Paintings) in Kumi, collect information about ancient the paintings, hike the rocks, take photos and after you will set off to Soroti City where you will have late lunch at around 2:00hrs. After lunch you head for a panoramic hike to the top of Soroti Rock (Moru Opiyai), at the top you will a chance to view Lake Kyoga, the Flying School, the Aerial view of Soroti City and the surrounding villages at an angle of 360. If lucky, you will encounter the resident goats relaxing at the top of the rock in Soroti. After this experience you will descend and head to check into the hotel accommodation at Akello Hotel before enjoying a hot delicious dinner. (You may have a brief evening city tour if time allows). DAY 2

You will have a delicious hot breakfast at Hotel at 7:00hrs check out, and then after you board the car and leave for Kaboong/Karenga at exactly 08:00hrs for an 8 hours’ drive to Kidepo Valley National Park in North Eastern part of Uganda, Via Soroti District, Moroto District, Abim District, Agago District, Kaboong and Karenga District. However along the way you will have a short stop to have the packed Lunch before heading to the park. After lunch you will embark on a journey that will give you more exposure to Northern Uganda and culture of the People. And you will check in the Accommodation at Apoka Safari Lodge where you will have dinner and rest for the next day. Main Destination: Kidepo Valley National Park. Accommodation: Apoka Safari Lodge. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Drinks: Water / Juice.

DAY 3

Before having breakfast, you will wake up very early in the Morning at 06:00am to have a game drive in the park which will be done along the Narus valley as the parks Wildlife congregates here where you will be able view African Buffaloes, Zebras, Jackson Heart's besets, Elands, Oribi, Elephants, Giraffes, Leopards, spotted Hyenas, spotting some Lions lying on the rocks and some bird species. This area has adequate tracks circuits enabling visitors view at a close range, the Katurum kopje provides superb views north across the valley towards Morungole mountains ranges. After the game drive return to the accommodation facility for a hot heavy breakfast as you wait for lunch at 1:00hrs. Then in the afternoon hours you will local community of the Karamangs and the Dodoth Communities around the park.The community walk will enable you to interact with the Karamajong’s lifestyle, cultures, dress codes, dancing and the tools used such as the spears, knives, (Be prepared to support these communities by buying some of their handcrafts such as bangles, neck less, wall hangings, beads, caps, clothes made by them locally for this community). You will also enjoy a traditional dance with the communities around their Manyatas. And then you will head off to the accommodation Apoka Safari Lodge for a refreshing in the evening, have dinner and campfire. Main Destination: Kidepo Valley National Park. At 06:00am wake up have a hot-spiced breakfast and head for a morning game drive in the Kidepo valley part of the park where you will able to view Ostriches, and other mammals and some bird species. Then later embark on 7 hours’ drive to Murchison falls National park to Para Northern bank of the Nile, you will have an en-route Hearty Lunch before we enter the park in Gulu city, then after you will proceed to the Park and you will check in at Paara Safari Lodge where you will have dinner & have an overnight stay. Main Destination: Murchison Falls National Park. Accommodation: Paara Safari Lodge. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Drinks: Water / Juice.

DAY 5

You wake up and begin with early morning Game drive at 06:00hrs which will take between 2 to 4 hours where you will be able to observe diversity of animal species such as the Giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, cobs, Jackson heartbeats, hippos at the hippo pool and some bird species. Some vegetation cover like the elephant grass, the acacias such as the whistling acacias, savanna grass, thickets and shrubs. Then after, thereafter you will get back to the accommodation and have a delicious breakfast at 10:00hrs and have some refreshments at the lodge and have lunch. Thereafter lunch, you will head for an amazing delightful boat cruise which will take 2 hours on the Victoria Nile to the foot of Murchison falls for clear view of the 43 meter thundering falls. This boat launch along the Nile is often cited as being the highlight of the trip to Murchison since it allows you to get up close to the animals. Along this stretch of the river, where you will be able to view hippos, enormous Nile crocodiles, some buffaloes and elephants. The bird life is stunning with brightly colored Kingfishers and bee-eaters darting along the river banks. After viewing the falls from the bottom, you will leave the boat and hike to the top of the falls where we will meet the driver waiting in the vehicle. The hike will take about 40-60 minutes where you will be able to observe the ‘’World’s most powerful water fall’’ the Murchison falls hearing the magical sounds of the flowing rapids of water from the top to the bottom, view the permanent rainbow and also take photos. Then later on, you will return to the lodge for refreshments and dinner, camp fire and rest for the next day. Main Destination: Murchison Falls National Park. Accommodation: Paara Safari Lodge. Early in the morning you will wake up, pack your belongings and have a buffet breakfast and check out the accommodation and put your belongings in vehicle. Depart for Entebbe / Kampala City Via Masindi, Nakasongola close to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and you will have a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track the Rhinos on foot as one of the ‘’Big five’’ in Uganda and you will see the rhino called ‘’OBAMA’’ and some bird species. Because without seeing the Rhinos you will have not seen all the ‘’Big fives’’ namely; (the lion, leopard, the African elephant, the buffaloes and the Rhinos) in Uganda. After the tracking of the Rhinos, you will have lunch, and then proceed to Entebbe / Kampala. ( some accommodation may be arranged on the last and first day of the safari at an extra charge depending on the arrival time). Main Destination: Entebbe / Kampala. Accommodation: None.
