Check-In: Check into a serene lakeside lodge such as BirdNest Resort or Arcadia Cottages. Enjoy a welcome drink made from fresh local ingredients like passion fruit or mango. Afternoon Relaxation and Orientation: Unwind at the lodge, take in the panoramic views, and join a brief orientation to learn about the wellness activities planned for your stay. Healthy Lunch: Relish a light, nutritious meal featuring fresh tilapia, matoke (plantains), and seasonal vegetables. Evening Gentle Yoga and Sunset Meditation: Ease into relaxation with a restorative yoga session followed by meditation as the sun sets over the lake. Dinner and Bonfire: Enjoy a wholesome dinner prepared with organic ingredients, followed by a bonfire where you can relax under the stars. (You can upgrade your accommodation at a fee)
